Pimpama City Stage 3 Expansion Announcement
Stage 3 of Pimpama City will welcome exciting new tenants with construction underway and due for completion late 2023. The development aims to deliver improved retail to meet the needs of our rapidly growing community.
Stage 3 includes the following Retailers
The expansion will deliver:
- Increased employment opportunities, with around 200 full time new jobs on completion (over 600 currently employed)
- A greater variety of choice in one, easy-access location
- 300 additional car parks
- Improved vehicle flow including additional co-entry/exit points and a full signalised intersection with the new Pimpama Railway Station which is due to open 2024
